RolePrive Terms

Terms of service

Last updated: 17 October 2026 (draft)

1. Who you are dealing with

The RolePrive ("the service") is provided by Zevron Global, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By paying for any plan you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. A beta service

The service is in a founding beta with a small number of paying users. Features may change, and parts of it are run or checked by people. We will tell you before any change that materially reduces what you pay for.

3. What we do, and what we do not do

4. Billing and cancelling

5. You send emails as yourself

Every email is sent only after you approve it, from your own email account or by you copying it. You are the sender and you are responsible for what you send, including that what it says about you is true. Keep to the daily sending limit, and do not contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted.

6. Acceptable use

We may suspend or end your plan if you break these rules, and refund any unused month (or, for a Sprint, the unused days).

7. LinkedIn and other sites

We do not log in to LinkedIn or any other site as you, and we do not scrape LinkedIn on your behalf or send LinkedIn connection requests or messages for you. Never give us your LinkedIn or any other password. If you share a job post with us, you confirm you are allowed to.

8. Your content

Your CV and answers remain yours. You let us use them only to run your search, as described in the privacy policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost income or indirect loss, or for the acts of any employer, recruiter or other third party, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
